The 30-Day Check-In Challenge is simple: every day for 30 days, you complete a morning check-in — a short routine of tracking your most important habits across Faith, Family, Fitness, and Finance. It takes less than 5 minutes.
The Rules
Check in every day
No days off for 30 days. Weekends count. Travel days count. Bad days count.
Complete at least 1 item
Log in and complete any item on your daily routine. Progress, not perfection — that is what earns your streak day.
Do it in the morning
Before the world gets loud, you get honest with yourself.
Track it
Use the tracking sheet below, a notebook, or Mental Pushup. The tool does not matter. The data does.
Review weekly
Every 7 days, look at your data and adjust.
Your Check-In Items (Choose 7-10)
Pick from these categories. You need at least 5 per day, but having 7-10 gives you flexibility.
