14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to love Mental Pushup. If you upgrade to a paid plan (Pro or Founding Member) and it's not the right fit, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date. No questions asked, no hoops to jump through.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at support@drydenlabs.com with the subject line “Refund Request” and include:
- The email address associated with your account
- Your reason for requesting a refund (optional, but helps us improve)
We'll process your refund within 5–10 business days. The refund will appear on the original payment method.
After the 14-Day Window
After 14 days from your purchase date, we do not offer refunds on monthly or annual subscriptions. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and you can cancel at any time to prevent future charges.
If you cancel, you keep access to all paid features until your billing period ends. After that, your account reverts to the free tier. Your data is never deleted — upgrade again anytime to pick up where you left off.
Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase or renewal date. After 14 days, no partial or prorated refunds are available. You can cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the annual period.
Founding Member Plans
Founding Member plans follow the same 14-day refund policy. If you cancel and later re-subscribe, the founding member rate is not guaranteed — you may be placed on standard Pro pricing.
Billing Information
All billing for Mental Pushup is processed by Dryden Labs. Charges on your bank or credit card statement will appear as “Dryden Labs” or “MENTALPUSHUP.” If you see a charge you don't recognize, please contact us at support@drydenlabs.com before filing a dispute with your bank.
