Quarterly Goal Sprint Template
12 weeks to move the needle on what matters most. The sprint methodology, templates, and review frameworks you need.
Why 12 Weeks Beats 12 Months
Annual goals fail because 12 months feels infinite. When you have "the whole year," urgency disappears. January goals get pushed to March. March goals get pushed to summer. By October, you have forgotten what you wrote down in January.
A 12-week sprint eliminates this problem.
Twelve weeks is long enough to achieve meaningful progress and short enough to maintain urgency every single week. There is no "I will start Monday" when you only have 12 Mondays.
The Sprint Hierarchy
Every level connects to the one above it. Nothing is disconnected. Nothing is random.
